چکیده
As the world’s food safety and environmental problems become increasingly severe, agricultural sectors of various countries are also paying closer attention to use biofertilizers biocontrol agents. Rhizosphere bacteria a significant source commonly used This study aims describe genome genomic traits agent in genus Bacillus. In this paper, strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens IBFCBF-5 was isolated identified have an inhibitory effect on several common oomycete fungal pathogens Phytophthora capsica, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum. The IBFCB-5 sequenced, assembled 4,338,658 bp, with G + C content 46.05%. contains abundant GH, GT, CE, PL, AA, CBM gene families, potentially degrading cellulose hemicellulose, chitin, starch, xylan, peptidoglycan, etc. addition, 14 lipopeptide polypeptide antibiotic clusters were found IBFCBF-5, including those coding for synthesis known antifungal antibacterial compounds Fengycin, Bacilysin, Bacillibactin, Plantazolicin. Our results show that has broad-spectrum ability its many genes enzymes involved antimicrobial metabolites.

Whole-genome sequencing of Oryza brachyantha reveals mechanisms underlying Oryza genome evolution
The wild species of the genus Oryza contain a largely untapped reservoir of agronomically important genes for rice improvement. Here we report the 261-Mb de novo assembled genome sequence of Oryza brachyantha. Low activity of long-terminal repeat retrotransposons and massive internal deletions of ancient long-terminal repeat elements lead to the compact genome of Oryza brachyantha. We model 32,...
متن کاملWhole-genome sequencing reveals mutational landscape underlying phenotypic differences between two widespread Chinese cattle breeds
Whole-genome sequencing provides a powerful tool to obtain more genetic variability that could produce a range of benefits for cattle breeding industry. Nanyang (Bos indicus) and Qinchuan (Bos taurus) are two important Chinese indigenous cattle breeds with distinct phenotypes. To identify the genetic characteristics responsible for variation in phenotypes between the two breeds, in the present ...
متن کاملWhole-genome sequencing reveals complex mechanisms of intrinsic resistance to BRAF inhibition
BACKGROUND BRAF is mutated in ∼42% of human melanomas (COSMIC. http://www.sanger.ac.uk/genetics/CGP/cosmic/) and pharmacological BRAF inhibitors such as vemurafenib and dabrafenib achieve dramatic responses in patients whose tumours harbour BRAF(V600) mutations. Objective responses occur in ∼50% of patients and disease stabilisation in a further ∼30%, but ∼20% of patients present primary or inn...
متن کاملWhole-Genome Sequencing of a Clinically Isolated Antibiotic-Resistant Enterococcus faecium EntfacYE
Background and Objective: Enterococcal infections are considered the most common nosocomial infections. Nowadays, enterococci show high resistance to common antibiotics, especially vancomycin. Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium is one of the most common nosocomial infections, which is included in the World Health Organization priority pathogens list for research and development of new an...
متن کاملWhole-Genome Sequencing and Comparative Analysis of Mycobacterium brisbanense Reveals a Possible Soil Origin and Capability in Fertiliser Synthesis
Mycobacterium brisbanense is a member of Mycobacterium fortuitum third biovariant complex, which includes rapidly growing Mycobacterium spp. that normally inhabit soil, dust and water, and can sometimes cause respiratory tract infections in humans. We present the first whole-genome analysis of M. brisbanense UM_WWY which was isolated from a 70-year-old Malaysian patient. Molecular phylogenetic ...
